Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have passed HSSC (qualifying exam) in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, and obtained minimum 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category.
- 40% aggregate marks in subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology for candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC category.
Admission Process
- All notifications related to admission shall be notified on the DTE website – www.dte.goa.gov.in, and notices shall be published in Navhind Times (English), Gomantak (Marathi) and Bhangarbhuin (Konkani).
- All applicants seeking admission must comply with rules of DTE. Forms shall be accepted at the Directorate of Technical Education, Porvorim, Goa, and other notified locations as per schedule.
- Applicants seeking admission to BSc (Nursing) are required to submit a single Form. A single Acknowledgement Card shall be issued.
- The Application Form should be filled in accordance with DTE rules, by the applicant in his/her own handwriting and duly signed.
- Identical passport size photographs (taken not earlier than 3 months from date of application) should be affixed to each Application Form and on the Acknowledgement Card.
- Name of the candidate shall be entered as it appears on the SSC/HSSC certificate.
- Applicant must enter all categories in the relevant application form he/she is eligible for. Requests for change in category will not be entertained after the last date of receipt.
- The applicant is advised to personally submit the Application Form before the due date at the Directorate of Technical Education, Porvorim, Goa and obtain the Acknowledgement Card with registration number as proof.
